You know when you have 250 employees raving about the food for days, you made a great decision. And that's exactly what happened. I work for a large corporation and I'm in charge of organizing and planning all events and employee engagement activities. Our latest event was a Wild Wild West BBQ Party for 250 employees.

From the moment I reached out to Chef D and Miss D, I felt like family. They are the most professional yet warm and friendly individuals I have ever worked with on any event. They spent the time getting to know me, my location, my employees, and our needs for our event. And went to work to create a fabulous menu for us.

Not only was the food outstanding, but the presentation was beyond what I ever imagined. They presented the dishes so beautifully with labels next to each item. The beef brisket was the most tender delicious brisket I have ever had, with the most incredible BBQ sauce. The brisket was a huge hit! The smothered chicken was equally as delicious! And having the Mac and cheese and garlic mashed potatoes made the perfect combination. And their famous "corncakes" will change your life. Put it this way, I had to turn people away because they kept coming back for seconds and thirds! I lost count of how many people said it was the best BBQ food they've ever experienced. And even more employees asked if we can have Southern Creations from now on for every event.
