If you've never tried Southern Creations, you are missing out on something spectacular!

First off, the service is 1st class all the way. Chef D and Miss D know how to create an experience: custom menus, table tents, exceptional delivery service.

They rolled the food into the conference room and set it up beautifully! "Wow" was the word on people's lips as they walked into event room.

That "Wow" turned into "Holy Moly, this is amazing!" the moment the food touched their lips. Guests literally went speechless as they slowly indulged in some scrumptious southern soul food.

A surprise hit was the smothered chicken (imagine chicken in southern-style gravy). It pairs marvelously with the garlic mashed potatoes.

Of course, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the pulled pork: hands-down the most flavor infused pulled pork I've ever tasted.

And my goodness, that corn cake is Newsworthy. Everything a corn bread should be taken to a level of excellence and transformed into CORN CAKE!

Overall, Southern Creations isn't like those typical BBQ chains where the meat is dried out and submerge in BBQ sauce to give it the façade of being moist. Oh no, that's not the Southern Creation way. They do it right! With them, you just know the sauce is slow cooked into the meat: the two become one in a marriage of mouthwatering magnificence.
